Obama's Inauguration


1. Why did you choose this section?

And for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that, "Our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken. You cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you."

I chose this quote because for me and many other Americans our hope at this point in time is extremely powerful. A new era as begun, the era of Barack Hussein Obama. I also think that this quote is the definition of struggles within America. For example, we have one almost every conflict with enemy countries because of our hope and spirit to defeat the enemy. We are a country that take what we want and do as we please. If we feel that there are weapons of mass destruction in the middle east, we will not hesitate to send troops over and investigate.

With Barack Obama as president I believe America will flourish better then ever. 2008 as been a very troublesome year. With the spirit of American people we will defeat our challenges This quote doesn't have to be viewed in the state of war either. When I say challenge I am mainly refering to our current financial/economic crisis. I don't think there is anyone who doesn't want to get out of this crisis. This crisis effects everyone, so I think we all need/will keep the faith. With Barack's spirit in the people, I am sure we will see an end to this crisis in the mere future.



To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history, but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist.
